Women have an unequal share of resources in our society. The Long Island Fund for Women and Girls funds programs, projects, services, or initiatives that address this inequity.

The Long Island Fund for Women and Girls awards grants annually. The Request for Proposals is available in the Spring of each year and the Grant applications are due in August. Grants will be awarded in amounts up to $10,000 to organizations in response to written proposals based upon the criteria contained in the RFP. Grants are announced at the Fund's annual Awards Breakfast fundraiser event honoring women and girls who have achieved against the odds.
