Grants
The Women’s Fund of Long Island is best known for our social change grantmaking program to advance equity and social justice for women and girls. Since our founding in 1991, we have harnessed the collective power of Long Islanders to make over $1.5 million in grants to hundreds of non-profits in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Donors to the WFLI know that their donations are integral to the success of the many non-profit organizations that receive our grants. By joining with other donors, you give our grantee partners access to a supportive network built over 20 years that connects organizations to needed resources, ensuring that they have the dollars and skills to succeed.
Our grantee partners are innovators and problem solvers.
They are advocates and leaders of community organizations that forge new solutions to meet the needs of Long Island’s women and girls.
