What We Do

The Women’s Fund of Long Island consists of dedicated women and men who have worked together for over twenty years to improve the lives of women and girls by providing needed financial support for local non-profit organizations all across Long Island.

We are best known for our support of programs and organizations through our annual Social Change GRANTS, but our work is never limited to dollars.

We serve Long Island’s women and girls directly through our various PROGRAMS, which include gender equity and women’s rights, leadership development, and economic opportunity and financial stability.

We also host a variety of educational and thought-provoking EVENTS throughout the year.
